Scotland delivers on its classic romantic images. And then some! In some areas ruined castles really do perch on just about every hilltop.
In summer the glens turn purple with heather and if you end up in a village on a fete day you just might bump into a formation of bagpipers marching down the street! Scotland is remote, but it’s not isolated. The inspiring emptiness of the wild northwest coast lies barely a couple of hours from the culture and buzz of Edinburgh and Glasgow. Music, wildlife, cuisine, and peace all make up part of the rich weave of experiences on offer.
Take the high road

It is the perfect place to retreat from the rush of everyday life and surrender to the lush, unspoiled countryside. An authentic Celtic hideaway, this castle is luxuriously spacious, sleeping up to 20 guests in ten beautifully appointed en-suite rooms yet retains an intimate and boutique feel. Nestled in 20 acres of private grounds that could be yours to explore.

Whiskey and go slow
Appreciate the wonderful Scottish evenings and enjoy a rare tasting in an ancient stone circle. We can arrange for an expert to come to the castle for an insight into some of the finest malts in the country. Alternatively, we can arrange for private distillery tours – both to whisky and some new Scottish gin distilleries. A lovely way to spend the evening, gathered around the fire, accompanied by the option of live music.
The castle is located close to some of the most iconic golf courses in the world. With so many courses only a short drive away, you can have the luxury of playing more than one course a day. You can also enjoy a private mini 6-hole Golf Course and practice net in the grounds.
