Hong Kong, 9th March 2021 – L’VOYAGE today announced the company’s strategic expansion with its new shareholder and CEO, Jolie Howard. The expansion is the latest move in the company’s expansion plans and brand revamp despite the pandemic.
L’VOYAGE’s shareholder addition and management team expansion comes as it pivots and evolves from its existing business platform. Among others, this major expansion is underscored by directional changes in the company’s structure, strategy, and services. With over 20 years of joint vision and experience between founder Diana Chou and now shareholder and CEO Jolie Howard, L’VOYAGE leverages on its local roots, homegrown talents, and continuity of understanding of the Asia market to catalyze and lead the industry’s new post-covid market. L’VOYAGE’s expansion during such a critical period in the industry is another testament to the company’s long-term strength and stability.

Jolie Howard was previously the CEO for TAG Aviation Asia since 2016, and has been in the business and general aviation industry in Asia for over 20 years, specializing in advising business aircraft owners in the Asia Pacific region on operations, charter, costing, flight planning, and international registration. Jolie served as Vice President at CIT’s business aviation leasing unit and was formerly also Director of Business Development in TAG Aviation Asia over seven years. Jolie is well-known in the industry as being TAG Aviation Asia’s founding employee.
In 2013, industry pioneer Diana Chou founded L’VOYAGE to utilize owners’ business aircraft that were not being fully put to use. Recognized as “Best Charter Broker” at AsBAA’s Icons of Aviation 2017 Awards by vote of its members, L’VOYAGE is the first Wyvern-accredited charter broker in Asia. Its separate licensed travel agent brand, L’VOYAGE Travel, which sells commercial airline tickets, hotel reservations, bespoke tailored travel itineraries, ground transportation services, and among others, will also be merged with L’VOYAGE to create a turn-key bespoke curator of unforgettable journeys for its clients.

Zhenjiang, China (15 July, 2020) – Aerochine Aviation, sister company of L’VOYAGE, a portfolio company of Dragon General Aviation Group, sold its leading China MRO business Zhenjiang Aerochine Aviation Limited to Bell Textron.
The acquisition enables Bell to directly provide MRO services to all operational models, including Bell 505, Bell 407, Bell 429, Bell 412 and legacy models, to operators in China.
“In celebrating Aerochine’s 10-year anniversary as a Bell Independent Representative, the sale of the MRO operation is a vote of confidence in, and recognition of, the company’s contribution to the China market. We will continue to work alongside Bell to serve our customers,” said Diana Chou, Founder & Chairman of Aerochine. Founded in 2016, the Aerochine Zhenjiang MRO was as part 145 company certified by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). In November of that year, the company was appointed as an authorized customer service center (CSF) by Bell. Zhenjiang Aerochine was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aerochine Aviation Limited. In 2009, Aerochine was appointed as an authorized Independent Representative of Bell in China.
“Bell is known worldwide for its industry leading support and services, and this milestone will enhance our award-winning customer service in China,” said Michael Reagan, Director of Bell Support & Services – International. “The growing fleet in China warrants an in-house Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) MRO center, so we decided to further increase our investment in China.”

Invited by the Female Entrepreneurs Worldwide, the international business platform empowering women entrepreneurs, Diana shared her story and experience to businesswomen and rising entrepreneurs.
Over the past few years Diana has devoted much of her time in cultivating the next generation of leaders; also acting as a mentor to Female Entrepreneurs Worldwide. In 2020, Ms Chou was chosen as one of 22 women founders selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Asia Pacific Class of 2020.

Hong Kong 6 March 2020: Leading Big-4 firm EY announced earlier this week that Diana CHOU, Founder and Chairperson of Dragon General Aviation Group (DGA Group – parent company of L’VOYAGE, JET8, L’VOYAGE Travel and Aerochine) , was chosen as one of 22 women founders selected for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Asia Pacific Class of 2020.

In Nov 2, Dragon General Aviation Group (DGA Group), parent company of L’VOYAGE supported and sponsored Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) professors and teachers participates in ‘Future Day”, Macau Business Aviation Exhibition. DGA connects THEi students with new technology, travel and career opportunities in business aviation. During the event, teachers and students visited the most cutting-edge business aircraft displayed by Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault Falcons to understand the industry development.
Students from THEi, Macao Institute for Tourism Studies, University of Macau, Macau University of Science and Technology, Macau Polytechnic Institute, Zhuhai College of Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing Normal University and United International College were eager to join the forum and raised out questions.
In July 2019, DGA Group signed MOU with THEi to provide professional development opportunities for students in support of the newly launched Bachelor Degree Programme in Aircraft Engineering.

HONG KONG, 24 July 2019 – Dragon General Aviation Group (DGA Group), Asia’s pioneer in general aviation has held an MOU signing ceremony with the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi). Through the MOU, DGA Group pledges to provide professional development opportunities for students in support of the newly launched Bachelor Degree Programme in Aircraft Engineering at THEi.
The programme is Hong Kong’s first bachelor’s degree programme where graduates of the four-year programme will have accrued about 1,000 logged hours of training, after which the applicant will be eligible to apply for a valid engineer license after working at an HKCAD-approved company for a minimum of two years. The programme has already been approved by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) in early June this year (2019), and is to be approved by HKCAD as HKAR-66 B1.1.
